As an academic I have skills and experience in the analysis of data – this may be related to patient safety, incidents, safeguarding – all aspects of quality.
Sometimes this may be numerical data, or people-centred – attitudinal, organisational culture or behavioural patterns – maybe both.
I have experience in leading on reviews of departments, wards, and teams – compassionately analysing data to give leaders the information they need to turn around performance, team impact and improve quality results.
