For (NHS) staff “in transition” – potential promotion, succession planning, organisational talent spotting, organisational management of change processes; day programmes, or short programmes.
Format
from a single in-person taster day to a 4-day programme (at a pace to suit operational needs)
Up to 15 participants /day, programme.
Our leadership development programmes for NHS, Public sector and Charities’ aspiring leaders have been running for 10 years now.
They comprise a pre programme onboarding process, four days of in person facilitated interactive leadership learning and four days of in person action learning. Each participant completes (with our support) a quality improvement project which they present to their leaders and Executive members. Our experience is that each organisation is different and requirements vary so content is agreed according to your needs – each programme is bespoke to you.
