Format
Sometimes relationships within the workplace can become difficult, – having an impartial, experienced leader to listen to staff and analyse what is really going on can be useful.
We have experience of using a confidential conversational approach with team members so we can provide impartial advice and potential solutions when times are challenging. This can either be handed back for internal leaders to progress, or we can facilitate great, but often difficult conversations, facilitating and helping teams to positively re-create and shape their values, or support leaders to facilitate their own teams to reshape and regain a sense of effective team.
