Format

A minimum of three one-hour sessions
either in person or via Teams

As a qualified performance coach, I enjoy supporting staff on their leadership journeys. It is a fundamental building block of services offered to our clients.

We are all in transition in this ever-changing complex world – maybe seeking promotion, requiring support once promoted into a new role, thinking about retirement, facing a repositioning in a new organisational structure due to an organisational management of change process. Or sometimes just keeping your head above water when things are tough – and that’s not just at work.

That is having someone to walk alongside you to help you gain that control in your life, to proactively start to make decisions that increase your optimism, re-engage you with that changing future and new world you are moving towards is a powerful way of improving impact.
