Mandy has over 35 years of nursing, quality improvement and leadership development experience, spanning the NHS, civil service, academia and charities.
With a national and international reputation, Mandy has held Board level appointments for over 18 years. As the founder and managing director of Many Ashton Consultants Ltd, Mandy has built a values based company that supports the next generation of leaders in healthcare. As a qualified improvement coach and professor emeritus of clinical leadership, she still knows what it is like to be at the bedside or the executive board. She is passionate in her willingness to share, develop and support.
