Leicestershire and Lincolnshire CCG

Changes in legislation relating to Deprivation of Liberties for vulnerable adults had resulted in practitioners being in clinical “catch up” to comply with new legal requirements. Mandy Ashton was commissioned to support a regional project in Leicestershire and Lincolnshire to support staff with their rapid knowledge acquisition.

Action learning sets were established for senior clinical leaders and over a six month period, through Mandy’s expert facilitation, teams worked to improve their knowledge base through proactive support and sharing within their learning sets.
